Red partyhat: 2.6-2.9b
Green partyhat: 2.0-2.3b
Yellow partyhat: 1.5-1.8b
Purple partyhat: 1.4-1.6b


Other event rares
half full wine jug: 20b
pumpkin: 500-600mill
disk of returning: 400-500mill
santa: 90-100mill
easter egg: Lower than GE price


3rd age armour
3rd age melee set: 425,4 Mill = G.E price
3rd age mage set: 154,1 Mill = G.E price
3rd age ranger set: 116,2Mill = G.E price



Spirit shields
Divine spirit shield: wrong    Ely is like 1\4 of a divine
Elysian spirit shield: wrong
Spectral spirit shield: 75,6 Mill = G.E price
Arcane spirit shield: 74,2 Mill = G.E price


Rares
Uncut onyx: 60-80m
Royal crown: 35-45m
Battle robe set: 25-30m
Brown headbands: 10-12m each
Bob shirts: 3-4m each
Gnome scarf: 3-4m
Gnome goggles: 1.8-2.3m
Powderd wig: 1.8-2.2m
Sleeping cap: 1.2-1.5m
Pith helmet: 500-600k


Animal masks
Wolf mask: 15m

they could update few of the rares like ely divine and purple yellow green hats
