I thought it would be a good idea to add a "bottom" button where the "top" button is located ( circled in the picture below )



I was thinking that it could either be a transition to bottom once you get to a certain part down the page, Or just include bottom to those three buttons.

exactly my point.. Why do we even have a " top " button in the first place..IF this was someone elses site suggestion then why don't we add a "bottom" buttom to make it fair?

"End" key on your keyboard. I think it's already pretty silly to have a Top button at all (aka, Home key on your keyboard).
