3/20/20 gives you dmg, attack rating, life and i recommend that u use passive lifers to reach lvl 30 for avoid/evade/dodge, critical hit and high attack rating

At those upper levels the diminishing returns are very steep in the 1% ish change, Having 3/20/20's along with 20/5's would be the ideal charm setup. Its because of this builds very high chance of crit that hitting hard every time is worth more then a 1% chance to dodge or crit from skill.

Penetrate is the most important skill for this character and it absolutely needs to be maxed, and first. Attack rating is the most important damage increase you'll get on this build and its a struggle to have a good chance vs most builds. People to often overlook ar in melee fights. even caster hammerdins are hitting 12-15K defense.

Because of the high dodge, 2h weps are actually quite feasible and an etomb or botd gpa in stash is an excellent option to outrage opponents and hit casters.
