Typically when training slayer other stats are included you woudln't be paying more. You're looking at ~ 1-300-400 with 87 strength depending on gear & current level.
Fighter torso would be 300-400 depending on trustability.
Pest control you'l looking around 1fg:2-3 points gained. (Not sure how many poinst for full void, I only play pures
- so divide by two or three
)
