I'd say you can get your cape for 400-500 Fg's easily.

Truly I don't know if FOG Gloves will change the ratio dramasticly, but I would say 1:300 - 1:500.

there is no ratio on "course" just the exp.

after you get to ~ 70 you can get 1:700 or so at ape atoll aswell.

Until then your best bet is Agility arena.

You can get a ratio of 1fg:2 tickets if you're lucky. (1k tickers is 320k exp without the gloves)
