anatomy of the head is a bit off in some places, too small in the bag and her right eye is running away from her nose

Actually she is supposed to be tilting her head back but since i couldnt manage the mouth with that angle after 4500 attempts i just kinda went with it.

Proportions may be off since i didnt use any grid to help me along on this one:P

After looking at all these sketches etc, i'm embarassed to show mine. All in all, i need to get better so I will.,

It's honestly not that bad, you seem to have a decent idea of proportions. I would highly recommend for you to check out some of Loomis's books or other similar anatomy books. I originally started off doing sketches similar to yours but I can assure you that the time spent on studies and learning from books is well worth it.
