Pretty simple suggestion here :)

I am often in a hurry and want to quote a comment of a guildie in our guild topic and accidentally hit the delete button then :(

I want a pop-up window to appear when I accidentally hit the delete button, with a similar question stated in the following screenshot.

Thank you on your input on this issue!

I support moving to a different place but not delete confirmation
edit: wow lol I am the only person who voted no... you guys know he can't see who voted right? You don't have to ride his dick, he probably wants honest feedback.

Yes honest feedback is surely wanted. I am open for other suggestions aswell, as for "moving the button to a different place" -->

That's true - I aswell thought of moving the delete button to a different place, but think this is the more elegant way :)

Thank you for all the support so far!

The whole suggestion is about, not to delete posts anymore.
If and how Paul / Kevin will realize it is another thing :)

I`d like to see this, although I think it might work too slow for someone who wants to delete multiple posts rapidly :P

But I vote yes, because it sometimes happens to me as well :D

yes :D

probably with a way to delete multiple posts at once?
if someone wants to delete multiple posts, the popup would be extremely annoying.
a checkbox next to each post and a "delete" button at top and bottom of the guild topic or something like that would work :)

:)

Either this, or not have the 'delete' button so close to the 'quote'.

Good idea, voted Yes

yes of course, otherwise some realy lovely posts easily vanish instead of being quoted
but moving delete a bit away could be the better way
perhaps you could do the delete to the left side,so no one would take delete accidentally and fast removing of spam or something like that would be still possible
