theres a huge difference between shogun and rampage, and as close as rampage came to finishing it, i wouldn't bet if i were you.

rampage could have finished him but his cardio wasnt there
ill sit here and keep blaming the movie, cuz thats what won rashad the fight. rampage went 5 rounds with hendo and griffin, and tonight it looked like he went 7

Rashad could plausably employ the same gameplan he did against Rampage & Thiago against Shogun
