i used to have a 6-pack back in 8th grade, right now im graduating high school, and i don't have one anymore.
im 200lbs, 6'4, and im not "fat". i just want to burn the belly fat that is blocking my abs
What should i do to get abs?
here is a list of what i might do, unless someone has better ideas, which i hope u do.
1. instead of eating 5-6k calories a day, eat ~3k
2. cut fastfood to once every 2weeks, (i probably have it 4times a week right now lol)
3. keep lifting weights 3times a week (once a week ill do abs after a workout)
4. Drink protein shakes once a day (i do not do this now)
5. eat breakfast instead of having 2 pbj's during school before lunch
6. im all out of ideas, help me get abs!
