Soft cap arm pen on MM hunter if you have needle encrusted scorpion with proc and work your way up to FULL arm pen gemming once you upgrade to ICC25 trinkets if you wanna bust ass for them.... otherwise you can roll survival and get straight agility and pull same DPS as MM as long as you have abomination's might or trueshot aura.
