SOLUTION



Click allow a program or feature through windows firewall


click allow another program , add star craft beta


control panel/ system and security / windows firewall / allowed programs

this should be sticked :)

ya i think the problem is that it doesn't prompt u asking if u want to add to trusted program, so it has to be done manually
