I've had persistent heartburn for the past 4 days, so I'm avoiding acidic foods, or things that could make it worse

is beer ok?

the lack of stomach acid is believed to cause bubbles to go back up

Things to stay away from:

Eating anytime after 7:00pm
Spicy Foods
Greasy Foods
Anything high in acid, tomato sauce.. ect
Things you're allergic too

Smoking anything
alcohol in general

carbonated drinks

fake juice
