Oh the Irony of this thread, 5 yankee fans with homo sigs talking about OVERPAYING for a player.

Does that make Howard any less overpaid?

Wait, Teix wasn't even an angel his whole career prior to the yankees?

Why do they boo him so much then...?

did you NOT watch what happened in game 1?
last year they cheered him and thanked him for helping out.

what he did to wilson (who was making his MLB debut, and wasnt even blocking the plate) was totally unsportsmanlike.
they'd boo anyone on the yankees who did that shit to that kid.

Rofl, don't even know where your players came from because bought them from so many different teams throughout the whole league.

At least from a SB perspective, no team in baseball has been as efficient while productive as the Phillies...

2009: Phillies #1 in baseball with a 81% success rate. 119 Steals, caught 28 times.

2008: Phillies #1 in baseball with a 84% success rate. 136 Steals, caught 25 times.

2007: Phillies #1 in baseball with a 88% success rate. 138 Steals, caught 19 times.

The 2007 season was a record breaking season too, 88% is the highest in history.

Basically what I'm saying is, Davey Lopes = god at coaching his base runners.
