I do little over 1k zeal and 1.900 charge (thats with glegs sword)
you can make a cheap version of this char under 100 fg (doesnt matter what realm)
if you want a more serrious build you'll be done for around 250
little note: you can make this build as expensive as you want, 20 max jewels are worth allot and the same goes for 6 max / xx / 20 life grandcharms

true, skilled scepters are most effective if you max sacrifice and use concentration aura. I didnt know a hell lot about skills on scepters when I wrote this guide



bloodrise isnt half as effective as the 3 wapens mentioned in the guide




I do norm cowruns to mf for lvl 18 items. best place imo, lots of jewel + charm drops

I prefere a combination of nice 15/ar & 15/mana sc's mixed with 6/xx/18-20 lifers (6-10 gc's + sc's)

15 life sc's > plain 6 max dmg gc's

Question : Why death gloves and belt? Isn't bloodfist better ? And what does death's give if u use those 2?
Imo lifers are worth more than max dmg charms.

I've been told max block is achievable with no dex at all...and here u say put dex for max block...sort it out pls.

well that depends on the realm. but here are a few ways to find them:
most realms have a channel for llders.
you could use an unrushed char to search for games
try standard games like: Low duel / low duell / low duels / low duelz / low duellz / low duells / low lvl duel / low lvl duels / low lvl duell / low lvl duelz etc..



the problem with a 6 socked warscepter is his speed,.. glegs wapen / military pick / war scepter all have a base speed of -10 and with deaths set it gives an advantage over wapens with a base speed of 0..
a scepter is only intresting if it has really good skills +3 zeal / +3 concentration 5 socked warscepter would be ideal for a pure zeal build with all into sacrifice and uses concentration as main aura. I myself dont like this setup cuz I really need charge. but on some realms (like east) you have allot of melee only llders that dont use charge (cuz its a ranged attack)
deaths gloves + belt give: Cannot be frozen (a must) 30% ias (setbonus, a must if you use a wapen with base speed -10) 15% all res (nice) the ias is the most important ofcourse.
lifer sc's > plain max dmg grand charms
max dmg + life grand charms > plain life sc's
it is true that you can reach max block without dex added.. this depends on what shield you use (and if you use twitch) but if you dont reach max block just add a few points untill you have max block
