wow really? I've seen people recently pay 5 fg for a mere essence of suffering. That's the andy and duriel one and it's easiest to find kill and seemingly highest drop rate out of the 4. Done over 100 runs and I've found over 15 suffering ones but so few of the other 3. I'd imagine the other 3 are worth much more than 5 fg seeing as how rarely they drop and harder to get to.
