ERROR: unable to open archive 'C:\Programme\Diablo II\d2exp.mpq' in this message u guys getting , copypaste the Underlined text , delete the last part ( bolded )

and Search your registry for that data string ( ex : with text up here u would search for 'C:\Programme\Diablo II\' )

See what entries have it and change them to where you have the game installed


You'll also need to be sure you're logged in to the pc on an admin account ( info about admin in my 1st post here )

The data string is already correct means the game is installed where all datas in my regestry concerning diablo2 are linked to
re-installed it now 2times again one time from cd one time from blizzard still doesnt work - even with your help
to get sure i've installed the game without changing any paths in the install setup
