Where is the greatest place to find a certain rune?
El Rune to Io Rune - Countess
Io Rune to Ist Rune - Hellforge, or Countess
Gul Rune - Hellforge, Summoner, or High Council
Vex Rune to Lo Rune - Summoner, High Council, Izual, Haphaesto, or Nihlathak
Sur Rune to Cham Rune - High Council, Izual, Haphaesto, or Nihlathak
Zod Rune - Haphaesto, Nihlathak, Diablo, Baal, Pindleskin, Shenk the Overseer, or Eldritch the Rectifier
Note - The chances are based off one monster. If there are more populated areas, they would have a better chance of dropping the rune.
Ex. 1 Council member has a chance that it would drop the rune. 8 Council Members would have the same chance of dropping the rune, but there are more of them, so it has a higher chance that the rune will drop.
Note - Magic Find does not effect the chances that a rune will drop, nor does it effect the level of the rune.
