1. How to get the keys

You can get the keys(Key of terror, Key of hate, Key of Destruction) from doing different runs over and over. Look below for more information.

You can get the Key of Terror from doing HELL only Countess runs(Black Marsh - Forgotten Tower)

You can get the Key of Hate from doing HELL only Summoner run (Arcane Sanctuary)

You can get the Key of Destruction from doing HELL only Nihlathak (Halls of Vaught)

PS: There is roughly a 1/34 chance to get a key. You may have to do tons of runs over and over, its best to do all 3 in the same run to prevent R/d's (Realm/downs and temporary bans)

2. How to get the organs

You can get the organs (Baal's eye, Mephisto's brian, and Diablo's horn) by putting a set of keys(1 of every key) in your Horadric's Cube in Act 5 HELL only.

Before you start opening portals you will need 3 keysets and a good character that can kill monsters with a lot of health (e.g. smiter - hammerdins will NOT work)

When you finally start opening the portals MOVE THEM all away from each other so they don't stack, also do it in the same game - if u don't then it will be random and possibly not get all the right organs.

After you have the organs then you can do whatever you want (sell them on jsp, do a uber, do a torch run - but remember as of patch 1.13 there is NO MORE uber levels. )

3. How to get the torch

When you do an uber(how to get the torch) you will need all 3 organs(explained above). When you get all 3 then go to Act 5 HELL only, and bring the character you used to kill the mini uber bosses (how u got the organs).

It doesn't matter what boss you kill first though Mephisto is the best one to kill first, as he does the most damage to you(he has the ability to). After you have killed ALL 3 uber monsters then you get a torch and a standard of hero for everyone who is in the game.

Q: Does the Standard of Heroes do anything?
A: No, just something that says you've completed uber tristram - despite the rumour of if you have 1,2,3 etc in your inventory and you die you don't lose exp - its not true, ive tested it.

Q: Do i gain experience from ubers?
A: Since the patch of 1.13 you no longer get experience from uber levels - just the torch.

Q: What are good characters to use in ubers?
A: The best characters in ubers are usually character with life tap(e.g, smiter,zealer,zerk barb)

Q: What are the worst characters to use in ubers?
A: The worst characters to use in ubers are characters usually without life tap, or pvp characters(e.g, hammerdins, light,cold,fire sorceress', necros(summons work great although laggy)
