i know how to get it running on 99% of computers common mistakes always made

help ?
cause ive done everything i know how to do . and i used to work doing comp repairs .
but its a laptop with a chipset ... so if it cant handle graphics..... theres not much i can do ?
although it does run league of legends at 20-25fps .
so idunno .
but ..
help if you can think of something i havent done ?

the biggest things are to remove Vsync and Shadows in the ingame menu, and making sure that you "apply settings" before you actually move on straight away and click save! they take up the most,

try this -
vsync off,
shadows off,
antialiasing quality off,
texture quality medium,
leave antistropic filtering as is,
post processing off,
screen shake off,
apply display settings,
keep,
save.

long list of things, try with post processing both on and off
