I'm having a feeling the release date is going to be soon (in couple of months.. maybe around September)

Gran Turismo 5 Will Be Coming in 2010

GT5 received brief mention at Sony’s large press event at the Game Developers Conference 2010 today. While the focus of the show turned out to be Sony’s new motion controller, it was “confirmed” the company’s biggest racer will be released in 2010. Of course, for anyone who’s been paying attention, this isn’t exactly a surprise, but it should calm any lingering fears that remained after the game’s Japanese March date was postponed.

Sony also said to watch for their 3D technology to be pushed later this year – new functionality that I suspect will be closely tied and promoted with GT5…

You're being optimistic. I've tried to bring some GT5 discussion to this board back in the day but no one really cares. But who knows, now that we are somewhat closer to a release people may want to talk about it.

I wish it didn't keep getting put off, but I guess the ends will justify.

I think I'll just have it tracked till it does come out, but whenever there's a new news bump it up.

but I also heard if you have the Playstation Eye
then you can tilt your head to the right, and the driver looks to the right also.
which is pretty cool but not many people do have the surround monitor racing sim.
