i like using whistans, but its only good on fball/light sorces
unless using a btal blizz sorce, whistan's won't be very good.

i'd use stormshield. your already getting mass stats from: torch/annihilius/nightwing's

on max block characters the only viable option is high DR %.
even using 75% FCR


i'd do:

nightwing
fathom
stormshield 'Ber'
CoH
magefist
Arach
2/20 amulet
SoJ
fcr/dex/life or mana ring
crafted mana boots w/: fhr/dex/mana OR marrowwalk's OR silkweave's

overall:
reaches 63%FCR/9FPC ( 1 frame more than 105%fcr )
49% DR
inc mana 35%
regen mana 25%
+6 ALL skills (+7 w/ Battle Order's)
+5 sorceress skills

stormshield is better unless you have high ES.

May as well go vita, pure shit unless you have access to btal imo.
