first we'll start off with what bow i should use..
Matriarchal (-10, 33.5 AV.G damage), Diamond (0, 36.5 AVG. damage) or GMB (10, 43 AVG. damage)
i've always used a GMB and liked it w/ a fort build, but i'm trying to learn and make my builds better! iso suggestions on what you guys think!!
Mat lacks the dmg to be a decent bow imo
diamond is a good bow and will do as much if not more dmg at 7 frames than a gmb bow at 8 frames
gmb is the highest base dmg bow in the game however it is also one of the slowest bows out there. Getting 92% ias for max frame rate is possible but in doing so you loose massive amounts of life, res, frw and everything than allows your character to survive.
My opinion would be to use a GMB at 8 frames or a diamond at 7 frames. They will have roughly the same avg dmg per second

Enigma - keep one in your stash but certainly not your primary armor, your dmg comes from charms and gears, you cant give up ed on your armor for +2 skills and some str. The tele isnt even useful as u will have crap fcr break points
Tyrael's - this has little or no benifit and and frw is reduced since its heavy armor (or medium i cant remember)
CoH - not even an option
Fort - not sure if i should use this if i get a matriacharl/diamond bow because ED% wouldn't give me as much damage as +max damage jewels (please help me choose a bow type) - it wont give as much dmg with matriarcal or diamond but it will still be a massive amount of dmg, also remember that you are getting + to your min dmg, res, high defense, chilling armor, 5% max lit res, rep life, 1.5 lpl, etc....
100lifer 160ed/60ias OR 60max/60ias OR use 15res/15ias jewels until max res then rest either 4015's or 15max/15's??

Cat's Eye - no other choice!
Highlord's - ds isnt necessary since you have critical strike and the 30% frw on cats eye + 25 def is very important
Raven Frost - certainly need this
Rare/Craft ring: Min or Max damage/str/dex/life/res - good choice
Belt(s)
Verdungo's - best choice
Mavina's coil - you can get plenty of frw on your charms, use your belt to get dr
boots
Adlur's - crap
Natalya's - crap
Gore rider's - not good for range attack(ow and cb do half what they do in melee, still nice but travs is better imo)
War trav's - stats and dmg make these the besy boots
gloves
20ias/KB gloves - try to get with +2 passive skills
Helmet(s)
100lifer 120/45 - crap
30%FRW 120/45 - crap
CoA - gives DR/RES and 2os for 30%IAS - best helm imo, high str but def worth it
CHARMS (ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT!)

9x 10max/AR/7%FRW and 10x 3max/AR/3 or 5% FRW
OR
9x 14max/AR 10x 4max/AR
OR
max/ar/life gc/sc set
Use max/ar/life and max/ar/frw sc
