you can cast fade/venom in bo slot for +3all skills and it will remain when you switch back

i just want to put 2 into dtalon 1 fire blast and 1 claw mastery - that are only 4 skills and the next is level 6 .. do i need to put more into dtalon now ? for how many kicks are u going ?

i dont understand your sentence.

im going for 3 kicks, because im pvp only and i prefer 3kicks in pvp for mainly 2 reasons:
- if your initial kick misses, the follow-ups will miss as well, and i dont like to kick air for 3 secs
- i can recast my traps more frequently to maintain stunlocks better

if im level 20 and i didnt use any skill yet and i want to put 2 points into dtalon 1point claw mastery and 1 point fire blast
now the problem - when i level up from 4 to 5 i cant use this skill point for shock web b/c shock web is at level 6. even if im already a higher level, i cant use THIS skill point for shock web ?!!
so my only choice is to put more into dtalon ?!!

well i didnt get it absolutely, but i think you got problems with skilling while leveling?
hmm i dont see any prob there. see:

let you get rushed till hell act4 and do diaruns till lvl60, this goes really fast. then you go baal... if youre fast you can get lvl90 in 1 day :C


the order of your skilling doesnt matter, important is only that your final skilling at level 9x is right.
