Ice and Brand have "proc'" effects.
A proc zon is basically a fireworks zon. She loads up with gear that has lots of proc' effects like open wounds, blinds target, knockback, monster flee, crushing blow, deadly strike, CTC spells and so-on and so-forth. It's a very fun build to play and to watch. these are usually built for the fireworks and not for power, and they're usually strafers since that's the fastest way to deliver the most arrows that all carry all of your effects.
