Flexibility: 12.6in. (I did this cold and I haven't stretched in 2 weeks because of a road trip I just got home on). This just means flexibility is about average.

Deaadlift: ?? I don't deadlift much. somewhere north of 225lbs. That's all I know.
Flat bench: 3x6x180
curl: 3x8x70
skullcrushers (tricep): 3x10x70
Lat pulldown: 2x10x150 then 1x10x140 (I can't do 3 sets at 150lbs so for the last set I drop it 10 lbs )
standing calf raises: 3x10x210
yay me... oh and I've been going to the gym for 5 months... fwiw... meh
