blood pressure: slightly high @ 65/133 (damn hot chick doing my fitness assessment was making me a little nervous... I get that way around purty women... I'm lame)
Max VO2: 51.9 (not as high as I think it really is but w/e) <-- just means my cardio is in the top 90th percentile. Otherwise it means it's fairly good
Bicep strength: 134 lbs
Flexibility: 12.6in. (I did this cold and I haven't stretched in 2 weeks because of a road trip I just got home on). This just means flexibility is about average. <-- would usually be higher but isn't because of the reason stated in parenthesis.
BF%: 5.7% - 157.5 lbs of lean body mass and 9.5 lbs of fat mass
Body age: 18

Now on to practical workout numbers (sets/reps/weight in lbs)

squat: 3x8x295
Deaadlift: ?? I don't deadlift much. somewhere north of 225lbs. That's all I know.
Flat bench: 3x6x180
curl: 3x8x70
skullcrushers (tricep): 3x10x70
Lat pulldown: 2x10x150 then 1x10x140 (I can't do 3 sets at 150lbs so for the last set I drop it 10 lbs )
standing calf raises: 3x10x210

yay me... oh and I've been going to the gym for 5 months... fwiw... meh

uh... breakfast is usually either oatmeal or 4 pieces of toast with peanut butter and honey. The other meals are pretty random. I don't eat much junk food except McDonalds, which I eat a lot of.

Sometimes, albeit rarely I take protein drinks. But again, it's not often, I don't like most of them.

no, squat.

I only did leg press once because it was just dumb to me. I did 3 sets at 500lbs and it didn't feel like it was doing much.

I do occasionally get odd looks when I squat at the gym because of the weight... whatever...

I'm not overly enthusiastic about posting a pic of myself on here... I don't really have anything to prove to a bunch of people on the internet.

I could put a bad over my head or something lol

And by bad I mean bag... plastic bag ftl right? lol
