Nah nah not entirely merging them.
Most of the benefits would be ladder slasher related ... probably keeping different charters, wouldn’t make sense to have the same charter especially since one guild may alliance with a certain guild, that another allianced guild doesn’t want to be affiliated with blah blah blah
