heres the story, i made an animated sig for someone. they did not pay so i had it removed and the user warned.

well the user took 1 frame from the animated .gif file and made it his sig.

it is still my manipulation and adding of text, and my work done to the text on the sig he is using. and it is without my permission
here is what i posted in the ripper accusation forums:

user is still using my sig, he just took 1 frame from my animation and changed the font of his name

"gamertag" and "Ronnie" are the same. they are still my manipulation, my work done on the fonts, and my work of adding them to the sig, whether it be the animated gif or the 1 frame from the gif.

yes the original rectangle image is his, but he took one frame from my animated sig and is currently using it.

the word "gamertag" and "ronnie" are NOT on his original, they were put on by me, blending options were done by me (white outline and the silver shine)
that is my work

if he is using his original picture with his editing of his name, gamertag and ronnie would not be there like they are

how is this not obvious?

That is the link to the image that he is using as his signature.

It wasn't ripped from this forum but another gfx forum. The person who made the sig originally is on my gfx team on a gfx website. I talked to the creator of the sig and she said she never gave anyone permission to use her tag.
