Close d2 & Delete Bncache.dat which is located into your d2 folder

What does that do?
Bncache.dat (bnet log files cache)
is often the main source of several fps/ping issues, especially when its size is over 1000 kb
Don't worry, nothing bad could happen deleting it. Although it will reappear once you logon.

If your connection runs well make sure your computer doesn't have too much active processes and enough memory space.
