well it will get 5 socked, and for a lvl 18 dueler, +3 zeal wont give allot of extra power, 3 might+zeal or 3 concentration would be much more usefull. and a 6 socked military pick would > that scepter

and 3 fana for lvl 30 dueler , I look for a nice fanascepter myself...

using +2 fana/+8 str/2 sheals at the moment @ my lvl 30 v/t

IŽll write a winddruid guide for lvl30 in some days until then you can PM me if you want to see my lvl30 windy on EUNL if that might help you.
