Yes, over the course I've the show I've noticed a couple people had duplicate devil fruit powers, despite the claim that there's only one of each devil fruit.

They reused the Pica foot stomping scene like 5 times, and I'm not even exaggerating. We also have 5 second eye staring scenes for each characters...
