I think max block with good shield. Why? if you avoid 75% of the hits you don't get hurt as much.

if u have whiststans then go ahead and get max block...it works wonders for blind-teleing

i went max block with a ss and it left me with almost 800 life.. is not worth it go all vita

nubs if you're going max block on a sorc you HAVE to use whitstans. It gives insane block % with low str req

An alternative shield is Sig shield with P diamond if resist needed .. or shael for even faster blocking.
