I'm back after latest post here. I had a kid in late 2012 and went up to 268lbs. Then I got back down to 215ish by late 2013 or so and had twins went back up to 265ish by September 2014. Here's the latest at a glance

yoga classes ended in november i has a sad now. that was a great habit, vast gains, lots of fine females. i gotta find a spot nice enough to do at home

Have not missed a day of qigong training since Tuesday, December 22
I think I'm gaining weight since school started. I haven't been in the gym for awhile!

FATSHAMING
Gonna track what I eat, today was a typical day for weekdays. I make my lunches for the week on sunday nights.
The weekends will be more embarassing; dat ben and jerrys and frozen pizza and mountain dew.

1 orange 60cal

homemade chicken salad (quality chicken, light mayo, tons of celery and raisins)
2 slices toast 120cal
1 steaz (stevia energy drink that was a freebie 175cal)

bowl of pasta with mushrooms onions broccoli spinach olives tomato sauce sausage and cheese


1 rockstar 270cal

equate brand fiber supplement with braggs apple cider vinegar
