Supplements


1. Protein powder from GNC taken immediately after workout A & B
2. Stimulant taken twice daily right before A & B then before C. Directions followed precisely
3. Herbal concoctions applied once daily to joints. These are from www.oomyungdoe.com
4. Not pictured: daily multivitamin
