Every single variable mod (ED, mana regen, dr, cold res) is perfect, not to mention it's eth (1/30 chance I believe), making this extremely rare.

Looking for fg, not sure about value.

Conc barbs I believe. It has high def for a open socket armor and I suppose the ctc iron maiden is nice. I don't really know about melee, just that they use it.
