i did have it to 4.0 but i did a stress test with prime95 and it lasted like 5 minutes then i got the blue screen of death.. how can i make it more stable??

Based on that actually I don't think your current clock will be stable either. If you can run prime95 on blend for 8 hours as a minimum then you should be ok.

There are a lot of factors that come into play when trying to make your OC stable... vcore, multiplier/clock, VTT, and other shit that I never had to deal with so I can't think of it right now. Usually you can bump up your vcore a notch or two and it helps, but a rock solid OC can potentially take days and days.

no sir i didnt, maybe i should but i dont wanna give it to much juice and fry it.. what should i set it to you think?

Every processor is different. Some just LOVE the voltage, some don't. Mine for instance fuckin' eats that shit like Lays.

Just crank it up one notch at a time (which would be like 1.3 to 1.3125) and keep going until it's stable. Eek is the person to talk to if you want serious advice, and even better than Eek is OCN.

ya i fixed it im overclocked at 4.0ghz at 1.300v and ran intel burntest.. everthing is good
