b shanks still godly caster boots, but not for classic, nobody uses 70 str on sorc.
better to use soul spurs or grim spurs and save stats.

still these boots rock on xpac, i used them 1.09 on my sorcs.

but they are not the rarest, brimstone tread are probably the rarest caster boots on b.net now.
