Ok, im coming home for Christmas break in 15 days... so
I wont have access to any weights or gym equipment whatsoever.
I need to get in alot better running shape, loose a bit of fat and still maintain my muscle mass...
Im doing this all for rugby... for those of you who dont know, thats soccer with hands and tackling.
I figure im going to be doing alot of running, but i dont know how much or how often...
And i figure ill be doing alot of pushups/situps all while on a low intake diet.
I need some help putting this all together.
Id appreciate all the help I can get.
Thanks H&F

How often do you run 5 miles straight in rugby?

HIIT is your best bet (it is generally everyone's best bet, my buddy once told me the only person he'd prescribe steady state cardio for is a morbidly obese person whose joints would be completely fucked by steady state cardio, so no one.).

If you don't know what HIIT is, I'm sure someone else will post or you can google it.

i played rugby u-14 but wut the most important thing was is cardio, and strength, all over body strength, i wud do low reps, high weighted stuff and especially legs, if u wannat ruck kids over, and yea u want nice shoulders/pecs for tackling so its a bit softer on the bone lol

Just eat a well maintained diet, enough protein etc, there shouldnt be a huge adjustment in your diet excepte +protein/fruit/vegetable and stuff, chicken is ur bff
