i usually workout everyday but it varies extremely by day... one day i might jus punch the shit out of my bag for 10 mins... another day ill do like 3x12 135lb on bench/squat and do some stairs with a 40lb dumbbell in each hand,, but its always jus random stuff.. did 3x12 with 75 lb barbell earlier im wondering if this does anything for me
todays plan: 4 min punching bag x 3, then 3x10 on the squat/bench/military press each with 95 lbs on the barbell, 3x 10 stairs with dumbbell in hand, then 3x30 calf raises with 95lb barbell on back
doing this in a circuit form
ur not trying to gain mass right? just strength..?
