4 days off from the gym now... all coz i went hard at the gym with little sleep

feels like i'm sick but i'm just weak and sleepy 24/7 at the moment

tomorrow is going to be a very odd day: very light shoulders (just 1 exercise purely for them), back, bicep, tricep, and squats lol

Maybe I'll do a really messed up day of:

military press
chin ups
pull ups
isolated dumbbell curls
dips
tricep pushdown
squats (front & back mixed)
seated rows

I didn't get enough for the past like... 10 days. Gives an instant feeling of overtraining. Feeling crappy today.

Hopefully my good night's sleep last night, and tonight will be enough to have a really good day at the gym tomorrow.

Sleep = just as important as food imo. Kinda forgot about that.

Hopefully no one else is forgetting that too :-O

muscles recharge and heal in ur sleep mostly ^^ little tid bit i picked up when i used to have random cases of insomnia from too much video gaming :/
