I didn't get enough for the past like... 10 days. Gives an instant feeling of overtraining. Feeling crappy today.
Hopefully my good night's sleep last night, and tonight will be enough to have a really good day at the gym tomorrow.
Sleep = just as important as food imo. Kinda forgot about that.
Hopefully no one else is forgetting that too :-O
muscles recharge and heal in ur sleep mostly ^^ little tid bit i picked up when i used to have random cases of insomnia from too much video gaming :/
