thats where im at right now im 185-190, i banged out 275 for 9 and 295 for 5 last week so im hoping for get 335-340 within the next month or so

o.O i could do 185 after a month of working out when i was 15

I started like 4 months ago. Went from 135 to 185 which is where I'm at atm
I'll hit 205 in another month probably

I'm kind of jealous. I think I probably started lifting 95 lbs rofl

at 16 i could do 225x12 but my max was only 295
then i stopped training heavy and took lots of breaks

nice cody ill catch up my chest is probably the worst on me i was told and starting to think it is cause i can shoulder press 2 reps less then my incline db press pretty sad eh
and nice 275x9 thats sick i cant do that :P like 2 months ago i only could hit 275x3 and now im doing 6-7 i hit 7 once other days were 6 the last 2 weeks
