Sick of running on a treadmill gets boring hurts my ankles and knees a bit. Anyone do swimming for cardio im looking for different ways instead of running on the treadmill.

I usually run outside but its winter time and its to cold out...

I do swimming for my swimming team T.T Varsity swimming is fun! Dolphin kick gives me some abdominal workout also, lol.

I sometimes swim, it's good. After you've been swimming 4 or 5 times you will basically be able to swim for an hour non-stop. Picks up really quickly.

Other than that I ride my BMX. I never jog/treadmill because of boredom and possible join problems later in life.

Train muscle endurance so you can alternate between two body parts without stopping at any time during your work out.
Easy cardio without even doing "cardio" itself. Treadmill is utter fail, that's for bitches and fat people

circuits/complexes/metabolic work are my favorite ways to do cardio

i do steady state on treadmill if cutting as well ;\

best cardio - jog/sprint intervals; inside gym on track if you've got 1
swimming too is also best, but i'm not good swimmer so nn swim for me

I switch around the following:

Track Sprint-Jogs (HIIT)
Steady Treadmill
High Intensity Elliptical
Swimming
