I believe he is talking about actionframes, the frame when the skill actually casts

there's the pre-actionframe, actionframe and post-actionframe "states" of the cast, so with better actionframe you'll make the tele faster but spend 1 more frame "recovering" from the tele

Just so we avoid the usual S&G confusion... ^^

It is a 10-tick (0.4 s) cast regardless (75-124% FCR).
86% FCR is an actionframe (AF) breakpoint. Meaning: the spell is initiated 1 tick (= 0.04 s) earlier in the casting animation with 86-124% FCR compared to 75-85% FCR.

75-85% FCR (10 ticks)
AF: 07 (6 ticks of pre-action, 3 ticks of post-action)

86-124% FCR (10 ticks)
AF: 06 (5 ticks of pre-action, 4 ticks of post-action)

i'd choose an exile with 50fcr setup (ring, amu, gloves) over spirit overall, atleast if your certain rules allow you to do so
and having an exile just in switch will just work in theory imo, i'd rather use a spirit right there to increase ur bolvl and if you rly want to use the spirit as mainshield, put an exile in stash and switch when needed (druids, if gm, barbs!, smites, if gm)
anyway, guide seems to be quite nice, cannot really complain
finally someone who's actually using fullcombat skiller inventory
i also like the idea of using a wisp (oak) as mainring, since spirit allows u to do so (when using exile you're forced to exchange the wisp vs fcr ring to hit 50fcr together with the 20fcr amu and gloves)
i pretty much used the oakcharges vs hdins and necros, as i switched to spirit
prefer this to camden's, which is outdated nowdays in my opinion

good basic strategies aswell, i've always found it unnecessary to add strategies vs every single opponent
