State the item names alone (and possibly the main stats that are relevant to this build).

Full stats only when an item cannot be characterised as commonly known (e.g. a specific rare Amulet).

I've never played that realm so I'm not sure what you mean, but it is somewhat useless sometimes on west or east because golems can reach 10-12k life easily, but don't get me wrong using teeth still helps chip them away.

Not at all, golem+mastery has 6-7k life right? Add bo and it adds up pretty high.
Out of my main builds offered the lowest it offers is 15 bo which is .77% life/stamina/mana.
So take the lower golem life of 6k * .77 = 4620. To get total life 6000 + 4620 = 10620 total golem life
EDIT: This doesn't include buffing the level of the golem from bc.
