Yes, the only way to lvl is in cata (unless u're just skilling and using alot of jubiliance gear = U still have to kill 1 mob when u're at 99%)

as tips, i'd say try to get daggers/axes (EE) and if u solo go EE on scales/leathers and if u dont solo u could get dex armors, and dex charms



I'd go powerstrike till u have ~77 in it, after that i'd go either salvation (if u got heals) if not, then go something like doublestrike or twohitback
