In a cata game we all wait for a healer to come and help us.
What does it take to be a good healer in your opinion?
Is it how long he can make a game run, his mana endurance, or simply his charm?

I had the pleasure to play with many healers, some of them were very good. They made me feel so safe that I didn't even check my life.
I have a mage, but when I play with it I get so insecure and anxious (they all expect sooo much from a mage...) I prefer to play solo.

a good healer usaully uses hm items and heal charm in acct slot

idk did my first mq today with mage, wasnt too bad
just try to spread mana through out the level and u will be fine, depends on the team ofc as well

items usually have quite a lot to do with it

except some idiot last night who had 3/4 of a mana bar... i just watched my bar get lower and lower expecting him to heal me any moment...

ye i know i have to upgrade my freaking staff/dagger + charm

but i heal 800 avg, and i think thats enough

Ok, since I am selling alot of my items I will give up my secrets.

**RULE OF THUMB"
Always try to keep your mana and your expierence around the same.Meaning if you are @ 70% exp(30% from level) you want to have ATLEAST 30% mana left.

The charms are a significant part but not as much as people think.You can have a decent charm(within 5-10 levels of your current level) and still able to have your exp and mana around the same.

The HM is where its at.I really start healing around level 10.
In my opinion a SEXY healer is the most expensive character to play (no matter if its mage,pally,monk etc..etc)
The best HM gear in my opinion is HM with a little INT.

All this forum gold I have is from me selling HALF of my Healer gear.There is still another 15k or so worth of items to sell so be sure you are willing to spend a little cheese on healer gear.The best part is though that healer gear doesnt really lose value.
