Similar to mine but a few suggestions. A) Go more vita. Without 95% es your life goes down pretty quick with only 125 vita. On ladder use a 2 sorc//20 fcr//+to mana + to strength circlet and Ber it and use a Verdungos Coil. This gives mroe fhr, potentially more life, better dr, More mana, ALOT MORE str Possibly more res. This allows for a greater dr amount which is very important when dueling smiters//wind druids//barbs etc.

With a Circlet bered + 40//15 dungos + Coh you have 31 dr. Which is alot better then your 18 dr. If you can get a 2 os circlet. Dual ber it for 39 dr.

that is not bad idea to switch your gear like that for when you're in need of extra dr but i other than against physical damage my build works better... as for the more vitality.... 125 is just the base vitality once all your bonuses from items it will be higher and this build is also for those who can afford fire lifer gc's which will get you a lot of life and for people who use legit items... if you have 70/15's then you can afford to put less points in energy and more points into vitality this is true OR if you can't afford fire lifers it may be a good idea to put more into vitality

You do need the FCR because it allows you to change your setup. You should want to use both SOJS because you're ES and that's what ES sorcs do. I'd actually switch to vipermagi. This keeps some resist, and gives you an additional 30 fcr. Now you can replace the fcr ring with a soj. Your next move isn't conventional, but it's the best idea by far. Switch arach with a 24/30/60 (fhr/str/life) belt [or the best you can get]. This will help more than a single fcr ring with the str req for spirit, give a huge life mod, and give fhr. You don't lose a skill cause you switch FCR ring for SOJ, so the skill from arach is negligible. You lose 1 skill from Vmagi, but it's worth it for the extra mana, str, fhr, and life.

Distortion did you know that approx. +100 mana gives you same amount as soj? you can get gg fcr rings with strength/fcr/+80 mana and +life... my build is 105 fcr exactly... i already have 87% fhr any extra from belt is useless unless i am planning on hitting the 142% which im not. what you're suggesting is at the very best equal to the effectiveness as my build... not a bad idea but i would not change my build for it.
distortion im sorry but its not worth it for the "extra mana, str, fhr, and life" i would end up having approx. same mana (im sure of this), i would have LESS strength because CoH adds 20 strength and fcr rings can get 20 strength so id have to put more points on strength, that is fhr that is not needed unless you want 142 fhr which i dont, and maybe i might get a little more life depending on how much + life the fcr ring adds... therefore I say my build is slightly more effective

Really nice guide

i have a few questions though

1.) When you say put 125 base vitality do you mean add 125 points to vitality or stop when you have 125 to vitality from bonuses like shako.

2.) I personally dont want to lvl all the way up to 94 before i go duel is there a order to place your skill points because i heard that if you put 20 points into meteor then max mastery last you get more damage then maxing mastery then meteor

3.) what is a rough estimate of the damage we should be reaching

thanks here is the answers to your questions:

1) 125 base vitality is the vitality that is before all bonuses so on your sorceress when you take off all of your gear that adds to vitality you should have 125 vitality and the writing will be in white. therefore because the sorceress starts off with 10 vitality at level 1... my suggestion is to add 115 vitality to have a total of 125... with your gear it will be around 200 final.

2) Max fireball/firebolt/meteor First... then get level 16 telekenis... and then max fire mastery

3) With level 47 skills and max fireball/firebolt/meteor/mastery you do 22k fireball and bolt damage.
