How To Send Forum Gold (the Faq Doesn't Work)

when clicking "request new forum gold password", the FAQ says a little gold coin icon should appear. when i do this however, i simply get a message saying that my password has been reset.

ok, if you look below the users name you are sending to
you will see Gold click that.
then you must have a gold password

its self explanitory after you click the Gold or
