Ok let me give you an example.
Say you a barb.
You are using a 6 BO cta.
You will only get +3 BO instead of +6 BO, because that skill already belongs to your class. This is true with all +skills for every class.

This type of "information" is pretty much common if you play this game longer than 1 year, so nn ty.
