So recently I have been facing many kids on JSP who for one reason or another started a campaign against me in an effort to tarnish my good name, my rep and the guild's good rep.
So I am making a blog of the facts which I will put in my signature for anyone to read and make their own judgement of me.

He was kicked from GGBVB guild after 6 days of being in the guild for BMing and not behaving like a GM BVB and GM JSP'r.

I had numerous people PM me about him during his time with GGBVB Guild and at the end I had no choice but to let him go on his own way and wished him well. After he was kicked, he vowed to flame and spam all my threads and make me regret kicking him from the guild. He is and still is very BM when it comes to bvb or any other classes he plays. He chants, uses poison, prebuffs to the max, etc and talks constantly and taunts good people dueing duels.

I was warned of him from many people stating he is a scammer and has scammed a lot in the pastl Initially I gave him the benfit of the doubt, but as I got to know him, he likes to make up storys (as he has done with me... dragging out a 2 days of negotiations of an item he never possesed and to ultimately tell me he "made it up"). In addition to this, he has been proven to be BM when it comes to BVB or Zeal when he is at a point of losing and flames/spams peoples post. Definately someone who I want to stay away from. But apparently he is so bothered by me, he continues to rant about me given every opportunity in every thread (trade, pvp, or otherwise). Additionally, Conanman's continued flames and spams on my postings have proven to be a major distraction to the Forums and it has littered many of my threads and posting, even threatening me physically and challenging me to a "Cage fight" I must say I laughed a lot at this.

Matt recently scammed one of the GGBVB members out of a lot of items and as a result the member recently quit D2. This is very common as Matt has done this to many people in the past and continues to use his multiple JSP accounts and his friends's JSP accounts to scam other people out of items and FG. Recently this was exposed by several key people on JSP and one specific example is of Levai
SS of Levai caught and
Levai exposed by YsoEz Levai clearly admitted he let Matt (aka Prevail) use his account to scam with in an effort to make him some FG which make him the same scammer. One thing I have noticed is that people who I have never heard of and have not had any affiliation with have all of a sudden come out from the woods accusing me when Matt or Levai has posted about me. I assume many of them are either his multi's or friends and there are a few noteables:

pissed247, just to name a few. I am sure there are a lot more multi's and so called "friends" of Matt to continue to impersonate someone he is not and find ways to scam others.
4. ZealorDealRecently Scott aka ZEALORDEAL accused me of possibly selling an unperm item as perm (knowingly) as he believes it to be UNPERM without knowing all of the facts and without being able to verify. I have SS's of many pm's with him where he admits he may be wrong on if the item is perm or unperm and he does not know if it is indeed perm or not. The fact is it is not unperm or perm.. it is LEGIT. Here is his S/A posting that is unfounded and nothing has been proven to be unperm or legit.

As you can see he clearly does not know if this is what he claims, but he has no remorse about making false accusations as he did against me well knowing as he admits himself that he could be wrong. Not something a GM trader would do IMO.

BigLegs S/A Link.There was another incident that was not JSP related where a person trying to sell me stolen item and when I found out about it in mid process, I asked for refund of the initial money I sent him and he refused. I ultimately refunded my friend who was the original person who got taken by this guy: His profile:

Kingakahn1's False And Misdirected InfoAside from these two incidents, there has never been any other incidents on JSP and to set the record straight, I have never scammed, never sold unperm as perm, never made a multi and never will, and always refunded everyone who claimed things poofed (with an exception of Biglegs as he was someone who I did not believe was telling the full truth). I have had nothing but successful trades on JSP with very large transactions and I have only purchased from the most trusted players to remain legit.
It is unfortunate there are scammers and childish people who will go to any lengths to defame and discredit individuals, but I hope my story and response addresses any doubt and concerns people may have.
