cut under the crafting guild/melzar's place with a bunch of coins in your invy.
have your house in rimmington, or have completed rocking out.
if you havent completed rocking out(and therefore cant use the locker to store items), then go in your house and have your butler bank the logs.
every now and then you have to pay the butler, but its worth having 4 trees, almost always to yourself.
